Return and refund Policy

Returns Policy: 
Please note, we do not cover return postage costs and we only offer exchanges to orders within the United Kingdom currently. So please make sure you have read the sizing charts for our products and if you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact us.
You will need to email us if you would like to return or exchange a product and we can then give you the next steps to follow.
We are not liable for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges so we recommend that you use recorded/signed delivery, we will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of the items.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Failure to abide by these conditions reserves us the right to decline the refund or exchange. 

If you would like an exchange you must pay for the return postage to us, however we will cover the postage costs to get your exchanged order back to you.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges are usually dealt with within 48 hours upon receipt.
Please note that original postage charges will not be refunded. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
